Dr. Alexander A. Rejistre, Sr. is a compassionate, attentive physician with over 15 years of experience providing chiropractic care. Dr. Rejistre’s undergraduate journey began at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 1996 and finished at Excelsior College in Albany, NY where he received his BS in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Science. In 2005, Dr Rejistre received his Doctorate at Life University Chiropractic College of Marietta, GA.

In 2006, Dr. Rejistre began work as an associate at Dover & Tice Chiropractic Clinic located in Pine Bluff, AR for a short period of time before he was offered a business opportunity he could not refuse. Dr. Barbaree was preparing to retire and asked Dr. Rejistre to take over his practice. Dr. Rejistre humbly accepted the offer and ran the chiropractic clinic 3 years before opening a satellite clinic in Dumas, AR. With the satellite clinic in Dumas, AR, Dr. Rejistre was able to extend his extensive chiropractic care and provide educational classes to the underserved community down in the delta.

In 2006, Dr. Rejistre became the lead chiropractor for the athletic department at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. During this time, Dr. Rejistre worked tirelessly with the University’s Athletic Department along side coach Maurice “Mo” Forte and later with former Redskins player/head coach Monte Coleman. In 2010, then Governor, Mike Beebe appointed Dr. Rejistre as the 1st African American Chiropractic Physician to hold office as a member of the Arkansas State Board of Health. In 2015, Dr. Rejistre served his appointed Board of Health Appointed time and decided to close his private practice in Pine Bluff and Dumas, AR and began to work as a clinical director of Arkansas Health Management for five years. Currently Dr. Rejistre is on staff at The Joint Chiropractic Clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Dr. Rejistre’s favorite pastimes include domestic traveling, playing basketball, swimming, preparing gourmet dishes, and spending time with his family. Dr. Rejistre is married to his lovely wife Sharon of 17 years and has 3 wonderful boys.
